Fractional CMO · AI‑Operated Growth

Revenue leadership for DTC & e‑commerce brands — without the full‑time hire.

I’m George Danifeld — CMO at Burman Enterprise, 15+ years scaling DTC brands to 9 figures. I advise a select group of founders: diagnose the constraint, set the strategy, oversee the execution — powered by AI systems I build myself.

The diagnosis

The symptoms of stalled growth.

I engage when founders hit one of three constraints.

The Efficiency Trap

Spend increases, but revenue remains flat.

The Alignment Gap

Channels are active, but strategies are misaligned.

The Execution Void

Teams are busy executing tactics without a clear growth model.

The objective

Bring clarity, prioritization, and execution discipline back into the business. I diagnose the real growth constraint and define the role of every channel.

Operator’s blueprint

I don’t sell ideas.
I sell revenue decisions.

The standard consultant

  • Delivers theoretical frameworks
  • Adds more tactics to already-busy teams
  • Focused on “idea generation”

The revenue advisor — me

  • Finds and removes the growth constraint
  • Advises on the decision, oversees execution until results show
  • Builds AI systems that keep working after I leave

Core philosophy: every engagement is designed to remove the single biggest constraint to growth — not to add more complexity.

The operator

George Danifeld.

Chief Marketing Officer, Burman Enterprise

I’ve spent 15+ years at the intersection of strategy and execution — building growth systems teams can actually run, not frameworks that live in decks.

As CMO of TRAPO, Southeast Asia’s largest omnichannel car accessories brand, I tripled annual revenue, grew average order value 6.5% year over year, and scaled the business across 23 stores in four markets — while building an affiliate network that drives 10% of total revenue and a team that grew from 3 to 15+.

Today I lead marketing at Burman Enterprise, where I’ve rebuilt marketing operations around AI — attribution warehouses, ad-spend agents, automated research and reporting. I advise a small number of DTC founders alongside, installing the same systems and operating discipline without the full-time overhead.

I’ve shared this playbook on 15+ regional and international stages, including eTail Asia, FUTR Asia, and Reshape.

The AI advantage

Marketing, run like software.

I don’t just use AI tools — I build the systems. The same agents and automations that run my own marketing organization get installed in yours.

Attribution & reporting agents

Ad and sales data from Google, Meta, Amazon, and your store, warehoused and reconciled automatically — one trustworthy P&L view instead of five dashboards that disagree.

Campaign & spend oversight

Automated audits, budget checks, and anomaly alerts across ad accounts — catching wasted spend and broken tracking before it compounds.

SEO & AI-search research

Keyword, SERP, and competitor research automated end to end — including how your brand shows up in AI answers, not just Google rankings.

Lifecycle & retention flows

Email and CRM segments, flows, and reporting wired into automations — so retention revenue grows without growing headcount.

Engagements

Three ways to work with me.

Built around the constraint we’re solving — clarity, acceleration, or automation. Scope and investment are covered on the fit call.

01 — Starter

Growth Clarity & Diagnosis

For founders executing tactics without a growth model, or spending without confidence.

~20 hrs · over 4 weeks
  • End-to-end revenue diagnosis: acquisition → conversion → retention
  • Channel and spend performance review
  • Data and dashboard sanity check
  • The #1 growth bottleneck, identified

The outcome: a clear explanation of why growth is stalled — and a 30-day execution plan.

03 — Sprint

AI & Automation Sprint

For teams ready to hand repetitive marketing work to AI — and get working systems, not experiments.

Fixed scope · 2–3 weeks
  • AI & automation audit of your marketing stack
  • Attribution and reporting agents — one P&L view across your channels
  • Automated SEO, research, and reporting workflows
  • Playbooks and training so your team runs it without me

The outcome: hours of manual work replaced by systems your team owns.

Straight answers to the questions founders ask most.

What does a fractional CMO actually do?

Everything a full-time CMO does — diagnosis, strategy, and execution oversight — on a fraction of the schedule. I set the direction and stay close to the numbers; your team runs the day-to-day, and I make sure it’s running at the right thing.

Which brands are the best fit?

DTC and e-commerce brands, typically $3M–$20M ARR, whose growth has gone flat or inefficient. Earlier or later stage? Book the call anyway — if it’s not a fit, I’ll say so and point you somewhere useful.

How fast can we start?

Days, not months. A 30-minute fit call, a quick business review, and a clear go / no-go within 48 hours — then we get to work.

How much time do I get with you?

Starter: around 20 hours across four weeks. Core: 30–40 hours a month, anchored by weekly leadership syncs. AI Sprint: a fixed scope over two to three weeks. The exact rhythm is agreed on the fit call.

Do you replace my team or my agency?

Neither. I work with the people you have — giving them a clear growth model and holding execution accountable. If a channel or agency is underperforming, you’ll see it in the data, not in opinions.

How does the AI automation work in practice?

I build working infrastructure, not tool demos: attribution warehouses, reporting agents, automated research and campaign audits. Everything ships with playbooks, so your team owns the systems after I leave.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the tier and the constraint we’re solving — pricing is shared on the fit call. For context: a full-time CMO runs $200k–$300k a year, plus equity, plus a 3–6 month ramp. This is a fraction of that, with none of the lock-in.

What if it’s not working?

Two safety valves. Before we start: a go / no-go within 48 hours — if I can’t move the number, I tell you. After we start: on Core, you can cancel within the first 30 days if clarity is not delivered.

Let’s turn decisions
into revenue.
